Maintenance can be a very important part of your home as a travel real estate rental experience. Sure, cleanliness, timely service, integrity, matters on a fundamental level. Many times -if not always though- the unstinting attention to detail is what wins the traveller to stay and come back to you, to post great reviews on your property. Most travellers counsel reviews to reach a decision, reviews play an ever increasing role.


In order to maintain it as a great travel experience, you need to refresh its look according to the architectural and experience trends, as well as guest expectations, so as to keep it current and full, on a regular basis. That is more true if you get a lot of returning guests. Look for smart solutions. You can make it look stunning without forking out tons of money.


Pay attention to your property's photography as it is the photographs that sell. Do not get stingy on the photographer, select the best you can get and help him in his work as needed. Because your property sells mainly through the photos. You got videos? Even better!


Service is the added value that the guest can get and a big part of his travel experience. Think about the added value you can offer so as to differentiate from the crowd, since the shot term rentals market is a place of fierce competition -in many local markets- these days.


Luxury or not, it is that extra mile that gets the trick done and the traveller in your home happy:)
