Depending on the type and brand of your prefferred product, the manufacturing lead time of the producer may differ thus affecting delivery to the client. Depending on the size and timing of the order, as well as the nature of the product and the brand, the current situation on international logistics, delivery times vary and so does the cost. We have seen big price and delivery time fluctuations due to the pandemic. In general, handmade and tailor made creations do not keep stock due to their nature, while others that are of industrial nature may keep stock and arrive sooner.

  • Can I return something I did not like after all?
    The law requires that within 14 days of purchase that the merchant accepts returns from retail individual clients, no questions asked, provided that the merchandise in in perfect order and sealed in its package. For professional clients like shops, once the order is made, the order is final, according to applicable law. We will work with you to achieve the best value for you and your business. We want you to be Happy.
  • Returns
    For businesses like shops for example, once the order is placed, it is final. However if there is something we can do to best service you, we are more than happy to cooperate. For retail clients, if any, the law gives a period of 14 days to return an item unharmed, unoppened and in perfect condition so as to get a replacaement or a refund. However tailor made, handmade or unique items are not covered by this policy since they are considered as "specialty" items.
